
A few days ago I did a call out for YouTube workouts that were fat friendly.
I just knew I wasn’t the only fat babe out there who experienced this struggle.
(This was after I tried a few random workouts and spent half the time laying on the floor not having the fitness skills to be able to do half the moves) Back in the day I used to do the insanity workouts but there was way too much jumping and holding your own body weight.
So, here’s a list of everyones suggestions. I have only listed those that were recommended multiple times.
- The Fitness Marshall
Most my followers suggested this cardio dance fitness channel. I follow these guys on insta and never thought to check if they had a YouTube channel. Looks like SO much fun.
UPDATE – I tried doing the dances. It was WAY too fast for me.



4. Pahla B Fitness
Pahla B makes fitness videos aimed at over 50. Initially I could see weight loss titles – so if you are triggered by those words then maybe skip this one.
Update – I muted her and put my own music on. I found the moves to be easy to do and effective. You have to dig through to find the right video for you because the first one I opened was her walking on the spot talking about weightloss for 15mins.
